About Steff

Steff Knecht is a married, mother of two extremely active kids in a small town in Kansas. Their daughter Jordyn is 10 and their son Jaden is 14. Both kids wrestle and play competitive year round soccer and their daughter Jordyn also plays softball. As most kids do these days, they keep their parents running. She commutes to “the city” to her full time job as an Office and Marketing Manager and volunteers on the Board of Directors for a couple of local organizations.When not working, helping with homework, making dinner or shuffling the kids to practices, Steff enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.

After her daughter was born Steff was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and since has been on a mission for health and happiness. She takes a natural approach to health and wellness by eating a plant-based diet and turning to vitamins and minerals before medication. Happiness…it turns out is an inside job. Because of that, Steff has had a great time the last several years discovering herself as an individual again and not just a parent.

She is daring to be authentic and loving every minute of it.
